STAFF AND ELDERS
Senior Pastor - Larry Dramann
Pastor Larry served as a missionary to Southern Africa for fifteen years with the International Mission Board, SBC. He served for five years in Zambia as the Business Manager and Treasurer for the Baptist Mission where his previous profession in the computer industry was an asset. He was then asked to lead the business arm of Baptist International Mission Services in Johannesburg, South Africa for the next five years. After completing his Master of Divinity at Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, he then served as a Church Planter in the western suburbs of Johannesburg until January 2001.
God then called Larry to become the Pastor of East Boulder Baptist Church beginning February 1, 2001. While serving as Pastor of EBBC, Larry has held various leadership positions in the Mile High Baptist Association and currently serves on the board of trustees for Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Kansas City, Missouri. He is currently studying for his Doctorate of Ministry.
Associate & Youth Pastor - Tom Coffan
Tom Coffan, is responsible for leading and directing the youth and college ministries at EBBC, and is quite active in the church and community in making the name of Christ known to teenagers. Tom is a 1985 graduate of Denver Conservative Baptist Theological Seminary of Denver, Colorado with a MA in Counseling. He received his undergraduate degree, a BA in Bible, from Houghton College in New York in 1971.
Elder/Missions Committee Director - Gary Walega
Gary Walega is an Elder at EBBC and is responsible for it's Mission Ministry. Gary has been married to his wife, June, for 30 years and together they have 4 children and one grandchild. Gary graduated from Ferris State University in Big Rapids, Michigan in 1981. He has been a pharmacist in the Boulder/Denver area since 1987. Gary has been a member of EBBC for 4 years and has led the college age Sunday School class for 3 years. Gary has been involved in local missions as well as being part of mission teams to both Brazil and South Asia.
Elder/Director of Elevate Middle School Day Camp - Cliff Roberts
Cliff Roberts is an Elder and the Director of Elevate Middle School Day Camp. Cliff has been involved with different ministries at East Boulder Baptist Church for the past 30 years. He graduated from CU in 1992 and spent the next 2.5 years working in Concepcion, Chile with Campus Crusade for Christ. After returning from Chile he worked as a retail manager. His last job before leaving retail was as a Store Manager at Starbucks. Since 2009 he has been an elementary teacher in Jefferson County. He recently earned a Master's degree as a teacher of the linguistically diverse.
YOUTH INTERN AND ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT
Youth Ministry Intern - David McClannahan
David McClannahan is responsible for supporting the Youth Pastor in leading the youth ministry at EBBC. He has been the youth intern for the last four summers and now is part-time staff during the school year. David is currently studying Bible at Colorado Christian University and plans on graduating in 2012. After graduation, David plans to become a full-time youth minister.
Ministry Assistant - Nancy Williams
Nancy Williams is responsible for the ministerial support to the staff at EBBC. Nancy has been a Ministry Assistant for 20 years and has served as an officer in the Ministry Assistants for Colorado Southern Baptist Convention. She and her husband, Allen, have 3 children and 13 grandchildren. She enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with her family.

Nursery/Preschool Director - Annette Parrish
Annette Parrish is responsible for the child care of children from babies through kindergarten age at EBBC. She and her husband, Larry, have been attending EBBC for over 25 years, have served on a number of committees, and consider everyone at EBBC their family. They have one daughter. Annette enjoys painting landscapes, traveling, and scuba diving with her family.
Children's Ministry Director - Brenda Lee
Brenda Lee has been involved in Children's Ministry for over 30 years. After coming to faith in Jesus Christ, she realized that she had never heard the true message of the Gospel as a child and the need for a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. She became committed to teaching children so that they could have the opportunity to know early on that faith in Jesus Christ is having a relationship with Him. She and the team of teachers strive to find new and creative ways to present the Gospel message to new generations of children.
Barb Coffan serves as our Director of the Seniors Faith and Fun Club (for those over 55), and the Coordinator of our Interpreter Training Program. She was called into full-time Christian service at the age of 14, and has a B.S. degree in Christian Education. From the Registry of Interpreters for the Deaf, she holds the CSC, SC:L, OTC, and NIC:Master certificates. Anytime you want to find Barb, you can look in California where she might be babysitting their grandchildren, on the computer typing our Deaf Ministry or S.F.F.C. newsletters, or leading a Deaf mission trip somewhere in the world.
Women's Ministry Director - Michele Adcock
Michele has been involved with EBBC since 2007. She graduated from Tennessee State University with a B.S. in Psychology and recently completed her Master's degree from Denver Seminary in Community Counseling. She is currently serving as the Women's Ministry Director as well as providing professional Christian counseling to the congregation of EBBC and the surrounding community. She served for 7 years as a volunteer, and later as the director of Riverside Pregnancy Center, assisting women with unplanned pregnancies. She has been married to Stan for 31 years and they have two sons and a granddaughter. In her free time, Michele enjoys crafts, reading and operating a ham radio.
